Please share the following documents with us to complete the process.

  1. Copy of ID:
    Scan or take a clear photo of your identification document (such as a passport or driver's license).
  2. Bank proof of account:
    You can obtain this from your bank. It could be a bank statement, a letter from your bank confirming your account details, or any other document that proves you have an account with them.
  3. Proof of address:
    You can use any of the following documents: Lease agreement: If you're renting, provide a copy of your lease agreement. Municipal bill: A recent utility bill (like electricity, water, or gas) or a municipal service bill that shows your name and address.
  4. Offer to purchase letter:
    If you recently purchased property, provide a copy of the offer to purchase letter.

Once you have these documents ready, attach them to an email and send them to info@faircom.co.za.

Make sure to mention in the email that these documents are for your Faircom application. Double-check that all documents are clear and legible before sending.
