Also known as a ‘Fair Usage Policy’ or ‘Acceptable Use Policy’. Most people don’t know about FUP or what it is. The long and the short of it? It’s all got to do with bandwidth. Some internet packages are shaped, which means that you might experience slower internet speeds (bandwidth) if you have gone over a certain amount of your so-called “uncapped” internet within a 30 day period.
