Terms & Conditions
This applies to Faircom fibre and Internect Subscribers :
The installation fee may be subsidised by Faircom for subscriptions exceeding 12 (Twelve) months periods. However, if a Subscriber cancels within the first 12 (Twelve) months of activation of the Service, the Subscriber shall be liable to Faircom for immediate payment of R1,725.00, being the reasonable installation fee.
Router:
Extended Payment Plan
Where the Subscriber has opted to pay for the router by way of monthly instalments and the Services are subsequently suspended and/or terminated, Faircom shall be entitled to compensation for the balance owing in respect of the router as at the date of the termination or suspension, which amount shall be paid via debit order and the Subscriber hereby consents to his/her account being debited for this purpose.
Free-To-Use Router
Where a free router has been provided to a Subscriber and the Services are subsequently terminated or suspended:- The Subscriber shall within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of termination or suspension, return the router to Faircom with its original packaging provided that the router is in a good working condition. Failing which, Faircom shall be entitled to compensation for the full retail price of the router as at the Commencement Date of the Agreement, which amount shall be paid via debit order and the Subscriber hereby consents to his/her account being debited for this purpose.
This Applies to Octotel, Openserve VUMA, and Frogfoot Subscribers:

This applies to Wireless Fibre Subscribers:
If the Subscriber cancels the Wireless Fibre Service prior to expiration of the agreed term, the Subscriber shall be liable for the subsidized installation cost in the amount of R1,500.00.

NON-PAYMENT
This applies to Octotel, Openserve, Frogfoot, Century City Connect, VUMA and Teralink Subscribers with regards to non-payment:
If a customer’s debit order bounces (more than once in the same month) or is unpaid for whatever reason – the fibre line will be cancelled with the underlying fibre infrastructure provider immediately. The customer is liable (from this date) for the following month’s fees – in accordance with our underlying provider’s 30 day cancellation period.
The cancellation policy comes into effect after the 2nd attempted failed debit order.
If the customer wishes to be reconnected beyond this 30 day period, they will be liable to Faircom for the provider’s reasonable reconnection charge in the amount of R870.00.
