We have had the internet for about 4 years - speed and connection has always been good. We had an external router that started giving some issues. Bought the fair cape router had it delivered within the hour and all working.

My first contact was with Merle, and she was very friendly and helpful. We had to postpone the fibre connection because and Merle was very sympathetic and understanding. Throughout she was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The gentlemen who installed the line today had to find ways of getting the line into our house which was challenging because of the paving and slant of the roof, but they managed to do so. Then another team member assisted in getting my router set up which was greatly appreciated. Overall we had great service from Faircom
